LULA’S BOOK CLUB…AFTER SCHOOL READING WITH A FUR FRIEND…..WILL RESUME IN spring of 2016… Participants will partake in reading aloud with Lula our dog volunteer, followed by a group discussion. In addition to encouraging children to read more freely and without criticism, we hope to enhance reading comprehension and open dialogue, which can help improve reading fluency and promote a higher self-esteem! This program is intended for ages 5-11.
